The Antenna Distribution System ADS is a very flexible antenna distribution solution for wide frequency range communication applications.

Antenna Distributor System ADS

The standard version furnished into a single 19-inch 4 HU slide-in unit provides up to 8 antenna inputs and up to 16 receiver outputs in customer specific configuration.

The antenna inputs can be configured for various frequency bands so that the receivers can be operated in different frequency ranges.

The system provides full non-blocking performance. There are no restrictions on antenna selection. Also all receivers can be assigned to one antenna without resulting in a performance limitation.

An integrated control unit monitors and controls the antenna distribution system ADS. Local control from the front panel and remote operation through a RS/232/RS422 or a network LAN interface is supported.

Transmitted switch commands are stored so that after a mains failure resp. after switching off the system the previous switching conditions are automatically restored.

ADS in 19-inch 2 HU Housing


4 antenna inputs to 4 receiver poutputs or 2 antenna inputs to 6 receiver outputs are furnished into a single 19-inch 2 HU slide-in unit.

Larger systems are available in one or more 19-inch slide in units.

To meet future application needs the ADS system concept provides upgrade features to different number of inputs or outputs for the user convenience.



  • The integrated operating and control unit monitors all functions of the system and allows the local operation of the antenna distribution system. In the event of a failure an acoustic warning signal is audible.
  • A Ethernet 10/100 LAN interface can be used instead of the serial interface.
  • The transferred data (switch commands) are stored. So after a power failure or turning off the system the previous switching status will be resumed automatically.
  • The antenna distribution system can also be delivered mounted into a 19 "rack ready for operation.
